The plant bevels tube end, front, outer part, inner part automatically using marker tools. Bevelling complies with API standards.
Tubes are taken to the bevelling station using a walking-beam collection system from an accumulation pallet at the inlet.
With simple adjustments, the tube centre can be kept perfectly aligned with the tool’s processing axis for perfect head bevelling.
Extreme flexibility for perfect integration with the tube production line. It can be inserted before a washing station or before a packaging plant, or upstream of a hydraulic test.
Based on customer needs and the line’s production speed, you can create a single or double head plant, with or without rapid bevel and buttling tool changeover.
