TRANSLATING BASKETS TO COLLECT TUBES > SIRIO 2000

Thanks to its highly flexible design, the plant can be adapted to various production ranges, creating square packs for round, squared and rectangular tubes. Each plant has two baskets to reduce dead times. One is placed off line for pack strapping and collection, while the other is under the outlet to create a new pack automatically.
When producing short tube parts, you can create several packs simultaneously for each basket by simply inserting a dividing wall for each support. Thus the basket can receive tubes from multiple head cutting lines directly.
The plant is fast to install with no need for much factory floor modification. Translating baskets can be positioned parallel to the tube outlet or in a hybrid manner with one perpendicular and the other parallel, exploiting factory production spaces to the utmost.
