This type is different to the others because the pack is moulded without rolling or pulling the tube.
To achieve this result, tubes are handled by permanent electro-magnets.
The “classic” carriage used to mould and translate the pack has been replaced by a cradle where the pack is moulded.
All machine adjustment is automatic with simple input from the operator panel. Like all the other automatic GTC packaging machines, it can be completed by: strapping, weighing, drainer, etc.
